Each month from August through May all parents are invited to attend monthly Pack Committee Meetings. At these meetings we discuss past and upcoming events, address requests from Den Leaders, and make financial decisions for the Pack. At minimum, the Pack Committee Chair, Cubmaster, Treasurer, and Secretary attend, but our meetings usually include at least half of the Den Leaders and other Committee Members. This year I hope that each parent will consider attending at least one of these meetings. We meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 pm on Zoom. You can always email us for the access information, but I am including this month’s link below.
At this month’s meeting on Tuesday, 8/22 we will make a final decision about how much to charge for this year’s dues and when to collect them.
Open positions on the committee include:
- Bookkeeper
- Secretary
- Advancement Chair
- New Member Coordinator
- Event Registrar
- Lion Den Leader
