Over 30 families and 100 people attended the scout cabin camp out this past weekend. Despite the chilly conditions 12 families even pitched tents and survived the night. Thanks to everyone for the help setting up, running activities and with the final clean up, without your help we wouldn’t have been able to have as much fun.
The Village Forester was very complimentary of our scouts’ effort with the conservation project. That was a big pile of weeds and buckthorn that had been cleared out of the woods by the cabin.
There were a few items left behind. We’ll have these available at the next pack meeting for pick-up, or email pack24riverside@gmail.com to make arrangement to pick up if any of these are yours.
