The Pack 24 Pinewood Derby is right around the corner!
The derby will be held on Saturday, February 7 at the Riverside Township Hall, 27 Riverside Road. Check-in begins at 10:00 AM and racing begins at 1:00 PM. Lunch will be available starting around 11:45.
If your scout hasn’t gotten their car yet, they should contact their den leader. Additional derby car kits can be purchased at the LaGrange Scout shop.
The La Grange Scout Shop, 27 Calendar Ave., La Grange will offer car-cutting on one more Saturday, Jan 24th from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. If you need a hand cutting out your derby car stop in for some expert help.
We will need a number of adult volunteers to make the derby run smoothly. Watch for an e-mail soon about helping with set-up, check-in, lunch, activities, and racing.
