With Spring right around the corner, please join us for an invigorating Spring Hike at Fullersburg Woods in Oak Brook! We will be going for a 1-2 mile hike along the Fullersburg Woods Trails and then having the Scouts explore the Nature Education Center (under their parents’/guardians’ supervision, leisure, and schedule).
What: Spring Hike at Fullersburg Woods.
When: Saturday, March 16th at 1 pm.
Where: Fullersburg Woods, 3609 Spring Rd., Oak Brook, IL 60523.
We will gather outside the Nature Education Center (there is a parking lot next to the Center).
Who: All Pack 24 Scouts
What are we going to do:
We will be going on a 1-2 mile hike along Fullersburg Woods Trails, and then exploring the Nature Education Center.
1:00 pm – Arrive and gather outside the Nature Education Center
1:15 pm – Start the hike
2:00-2:15 pm – Hike ends
2:15-? pm – Scouts explore the Nature Education Center (under their parents’/guardians’ supervision, leisure, and schedule). *Center closes at 5:00 pm.
Please make sure to keep an eye on the weather forecast (mid-March can be extremely unpredictable), and dress appropriately for that weather.
