We hope to see you at our Blue & Gold banquet on Sunday, February 24 at 4pm. At this event we will be recognizing all scouts, especially our Webelos II scouts which have earned the Arrow of Light. Our Webelos II will also be crossing over to the ranks of the Troop 24 Boy Scouts. The cost of this event is the same as last year: No charge for scouts and siblings under age 5, $15 for adults and siblings older than 11, and $5 for siblings aged 6 to 10. We are also opening the signup for annual pancake breakfast on Saturday, March 2. This event is run jointly with the Boy Scouts of Troop 24; they cook the food, and the cub scouts serve (and clean up). This event is the second largest fund-raiser for Pack 24, so we seek the help of all scouts, in serving at least one shift. Click here to sign up today.
At the Pinewood Derby, each scout received a set of tickets for this event. Remember give the payment for these tickets to your den leader or Lisa Gaynor by the deadline of February 21.
Don’t forget to come to Riverside Presbyterian for Scout Sunday, and bring a dessert to share at the coffee hour after the 10am service.
