In preparation for Memorial Day, our Cub Scouts will assist Mount Auburn Cemetery in placing American flags on the graves of local veterans.
When: Friday, May 23rd, 5:00-7:00 pm
Where: Mount Auburn Cemetery, Stickney
Details: Please park in the back parking lot behind the cemetery office. We will meet outside the cemetery office for a brief orientation before we walk into the cemetery together. Wear your Scout uniforms with good walking shoes. Adults may wish to wear gardening or work gloves as the process of pushing the flags into the soil can be rough on your hands.
