Outing to Medieval Times

Pack 24 scouts and families are invited to attend our outing to Medieval Times for Scout Appreciation Day on Sunday April 10, 2011.  
If you haven’t been to, or heard of, Medieval Times it is a live entertainment venue featuring jousting knights on horseback, displays of equestrian skill and a four-course feast.  The  address is 2001 N. Roselle Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60195, click here for directions from Google.

Knights in Action!

The scout appreciation show will begin at 2:00pm on April 10 and last approximately two hours.  Doors to the amphitheater open at 1:40pm, but guests can arrive as early as 1:00pm for this show.  Scouts will receive a special patch from Medieval Times to commemorate this event.

The whole family is welcome to attend.  The cost is $28 per person for ages four and over and includes the cost of the show, feast (Garlic Bread, Tomato Bisque Soup, Oven-Roasted Chicken, Spare Rib, Herb-Basted Potato, Pastry) two drinks, local tax and tip.  The Children aged 3 and under are welcome but must sit on a parent’s lap, otherwise they will be charged the full price.
